Perumal Road
The Mee Sua are my favourites as compared to their Bee Hoon or Cao Mian or Lor Mee. Ingredients such as peanuts, lala (clams), prawns and their cripsy seaweeds are added together with the mee sua to brings out the wonderful taste of xing hua noodles. Their Batang fishes are also one of their famous dish. The fishes are deep-fried till it is so crispy as though you are eating keropok, and it is not oily at all.
The prawn omelette. People would usually order the omelette with oysters, but am family prefer it with prawns, and the eggs are added with a little bit of wine to bring out the taste in it.
Lastly, Tau Kee with Kailan, is one of their must have dish also. Their Tau Kee are sweet and juicy that are soaked in the sauce together with the kailan. Yummy!
Total Damage = $33.50
